Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 28, 2026
About This Policy
HyperSnap (referred to as "we," "us," or "the Platform") is an AI-powered creative platform built around facial transformation and digital styling. Our AI technology generates unique, personalized visual content for each user.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using any HyperSnap service—including our apps, products, or content (the "Services")—you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
If you disagree with this policy, please stop using our Services.
How the Service Works
- Upload: Pick a template and provide a photo.
- Processing: Our AI (powered by stable diffusion) builds a temporary, custom model from your image.
- Generation: A unique, personalized avatar is created for you.
- Cleanup: Once generation is complete, your original photo and the temporary model are permanently deleted from our systems.
- Usage Guidelines:
- Generated content must not include explicit or inappropriate material.
- Using someone else's photo requires their prior consent.
- Your data is never used to train publicly available AI models and is not shared across other products.
- Content Moderation: We maintain active content review processes. To report a concern, contact us at: roshdy.developer@gmail.com
